Fenugreek is an annual plant in the family Fabaceae, with leaves consisting of three small oblong leaflets. It is cultivated worldwide as a semiarid crop. Its seeds and leaves are common ingredients in dishes from the Indian subcontinent, and have been used as a culinary ingredient since ancient times.

Often added to the pot when doing magickal workings to draw money, this herb is said to bring money into the house. Adding a few seed to mop water creates a floor wash to bring prosperity, getting a raise at work, and for help with finding money. Fenugreek is often associated with focus and increased attention or alertness. It is also commonly found to be used in psychic defense.
