Esoteric Awakenings offers clients a satisfaction guarantee and will refund the entire amount (excluding any promotional, bonus, Esoteric Coins, or "free" minutes) paid by a client who is not satisfied with his or her first session of up to twenty nine (29) minutes.

Shall a client request a refund, Esoteric Awakenings will issue a refund of the entire fee collected (excluding any promotional, bonus, Esoteric Coins, or "free" minutes) related to the client’s first purchase.

If a full half-hour session consisting of thirty (30) minutes was provided to the client, Esoteric Awakenings will provide the client with up to a maximum refund of fifty ($50.00) dollars.

Clients' time is tracked in ten (10) second increments rounded down to the nearest minute. Clients' time balance begins being charged when the phone call is connected and clients' time balance stops being charged when the call is disconnected. All paid minutes are charged before any promotional, bonus, Esoteric Coins, or "free" minutes.

Esoteric Awakenings does not tolerate abuse of this policy and we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at anytime.
