Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. 

 

Shipments or deliveries may occur on weekends or holidays, based on the postal carrier. In the event that we experience a high volume of orders which delays your shipment you will receive an email to notify you of the change in the projected delivery date.

The following are estimates, and are not guaranteed.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses when possible.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. Typically within 3 days of purchase. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Esoteric Awakenings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Esoteric Awakenings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
