Refund Policy

We stand behind our services and your satisfaction with our service is important to us. However, Because our digitally consumable goods are delivered via phone, email, text message, or direct download we generally offer no refunds on digital products. In the event that you change your mind about your purchase and your purchase has not been delivered to you, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded or used any of our digitally consumable products are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Our digitally consumable products or services are delivered by voice via phone, or text (email or text message). After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our service.

 

Physical Merchandise

Esoteric Awakenings offers customers a 30 day return policy on any physical merchandise excluding books.

 

Items Eligible for return must meet the following criteria:

• You must contact Esoteric Awakenings either by phone 1-(877)-296-5361 or by email info@esotericawakenings.com to notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of the date which the carrier tracking number shows the item was delivered.
• Items must be returned and received by Esoteric Awakenings within 30 calendar days of the date which the carrier tracking number shows the item was delivered.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. New condition means all tags attached and in the original sealed packaging.
• You will need to provide Esoteric Awakenings with a receipt or proof of purchase.
• You must provide Esoteric Awakenings with a tracking number for the return shipping.

 

Items that are not eligible for return:

• Books, Digital Downloads, or DVD’s.
• Items marked as sale, final, or discontinued
• Digital goods or services
• Custom or personalized orders

 

Once your Return is received

Esoteric Awakenings will notify you that we have received your returned item within 24 hours of the items arrival. We will inspect your return to determine if your item qualifies for a refund this process can take up to an additional 24 hours. Once a determination has been made we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The customer is solely responsible for any and all shipping fees, charges, or cost associated with returning the item to Esoteric Awakenings. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund for the returned item, no portion of the cost of return shipping or the initial shipping will be refunded.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Esoteric Awakenings is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Esoteric Awakenings is not liable for any products which are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for delays on the behalf of the shipping carrier. Once your package has been placed in the hands of the carrier we no longer have control over it.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and immediately contact Esoteric Awakenings customer service to notify us of the claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Esoteric Awakenings offers Clients a satisfaction guarantee and will refund the entire amount (excluding any promotional, bonus, Esoteric Coins, or "free" minutes) paid by a Client who is not satisfied with his or her first session up to twenty nine (29) minutes.

Shall a Client request a refund, Esoteric Awakenings will issue a refund of the entire Fee collected related to the Client’s first purchase excluding any promotional, bonus, Esoteric Coins, or "free" minutes.

If a full half-hour session consisting of thirty (30) minutes was provided to the Client, Esoteric Awakenings will provide the client with up to a maximum refund of fifty ($50.00) dollars.

Clients time is tracked in ten (10) second increments rounded down to the nearest minute. Clients time starts tracking when the phone call is connected and clients time stops tracking when the call is disconnected.

Esoteric Awakenings does not tolerate abuse of this policy and we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at anytime.

Guest Appearance & Handfasting Services

The purchase of a guest appearance or handfasting is for a single appearance within the United States for engagements lasting up to but not exceeding a period of 48 hours. In the event of a guest speaking engagement or weekend long event J.J. may choose at his sole discretion to extend his time at no additional charge.

J.J. Dean & Esoteric Awakenings do not provide product endorsements, or endorsements of any kind, and J.J. Dean or any representative of Esoteric Awakenings participation in your event does not constitute an endorsement of any kind.

Additional fees for travel and accommodation are required for engagements Internationally and are non-refundable.

In the case of cancelation of the event a minimum of 10 days notice in writing must be provided to cancel the appearance. A refund will be issued less any expenses incurred by J.J. Dean or Esoteric Awakenings in preparation to travel to the event.

In the event of insufficient notice of cancelation of the event, or if no notice of cancelation of the event is received, a maximum refund of 50% will be issued.

J.J. Dean, and representatives of Esoteric Awakenings do not participate in, and will not be party to illegal activity including, but not limited to drug use. J.J. Dean, and representatives of Esoteric Awakenings reserve the right to terminate service, cease any participation in the event and, part company with any event upon the discovery of any illegal activity. J.J. Dean, and representatives of Esoteric Awakenings reserve the right to report illegal activity to local law enforcement, Event management, Event grounds owner(s), or Management.

In the event of the discovery of illegal activity while participating in your event J.J. Dean, and representatives of Esoteric Awakenings reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at anytime and grant no refund.
