Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum. The aroma and flavor of cinnamon are derived from its essential oil. Cinnamon is one of the most wide use herbs in magick. Uses for this herb cover a lot of ground including but not limited to blessings, anointing of magickal tools, used as incense, it can be added to a drink to aid in healing rituals, used for protection in the home, incidentally cinnamon repels snakes and other reptiles, It is also used in the preparation of money drawing spells, and cinnamon is also associated with many forms of sex magick and lust magick.
